Palvinder Singh leads Context66’s technology vision, enterprise architecture strategy, and data and AI engineering direction. With more than three decades of experience, he has built and modernized large-scale enterprise platforms across data ecosystems, integration architectures, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and AI-ready foundations for global organizations.
Palvinder is also a builder and innovator. He is a holder of multiple patents and has led invention and architecture initiatives focused on modern data and AI foundations, including semantic-first and knowledge graph approaches. He is known as an early adopter of emerging technologies, with a track record of translating new patterns into practical, enterprise-grade solutions that improve speed, trust, and operational reliability.
At Context66, Palvinder is the driving force behind the company’s context engineering approach, helping enterprises move from fragmented systems and disconnected data to governed, reusable, AI-ready business context. As CTO, he ensures each engagement is grounded in strong architecture, scalable engineering, interoperability, security, and measurable long-term value creation.
Tanya Riblova brings over a decade of experience driving sales growth and customer success across telecom, IT, and consulting/BPO environments. As a Business Development Manager, she has consistently grown revenue through strategic vendor partnerships, led technical support teams, and improved customer experience and satisfaction across global markets, including India, Sweden, Latvia, the Netherlands, and Spain.
Tanya is known for combining practical problem-solving with a strong customer-first mindset. She takes pride in having often been the first, and sometimes the only, woman on technical support teams, where she built trust quickly, translated customer feedback into measurable service improvements, and helped teams deliver outcomes that supported both retention and expansion.
In addition to her commercial leadership, Tatjana serves as a Community Manager for Riga Tech Girls, where she builds inclusive communities, drives engagement, and supports girls and women in technology. She is passionate about creating environments where customers, teams, and aspiring technologists feel supported, valued, and set up for long-term success.
